5 INGREDIENT CINNAMON SNACK
If you crave something quick but don’t want to bake for hours – here’s a super easy version of some cinnamon rolls
1 cup flour of choice
1 cup yoghurt of choice
Mix TOGETHER until it forms a dough.
add date caramel, cinnamon and either some sugar or syrup and roll up.
Bake in the oven for 20 min:)
So delicious perfect study snack

Couscous with turmeric and courgette stripes rolled up in a tomato and spinach sauce baked in the oven
plus some coconut yoghurt on the side!

Super easy to make and full of flavours..if you’re even more fancy you could add some dried fruit like apricot or raisins:)

I was going to make liamoves biscoff muffins but I couldn’t find my muffin tins so decided to make a loaf instead I used peanut butter instead of biscoff and added some dates as well and used buckwheat flour because it’s my fav:)
Super fudgy and sweet without using any refined sugar

For the Londoner’s amongst you who know wulfandlamb will know they offer a bomb vegan menu including this amazing avo toast . As a former staff member it was my fav thing to order and I miss it a lot so tried to recreate it today and it didn’t disappoint.
If you haven’t tried beetroot in hummus – you’ve missed out:)
I love a good sprinkle of chili flakes and sea salt on top

CREAM CHEESE & RED RICE SUSHI
So this happened when I had a look in the fridge and didn’t know what to do with my leftover rice
I simply spread some oatly creme cheese on a nori sheet with red rice, added some tofu and cucumber and rolled up
did the same thing with miso paste instead of creme cheese and it works so well.
I love some wholesome sushi.

This is seriously addictive and just so easy peasy to make. By far my most favourite snack or pre workout fuel.
It’s very filling so I keep it in the fridge and love eating as a late night snack
• 1 can chickpeas
• 1/2 a banana
• 35g oats
• 50g peanut butter
• 2 TBSP maple syrup
• 1tsp vanilla
• 1tsp sea salt
• 50 ml plant milk
Blend together and add some chocolate chips
