I found a super easy recipe online – by backenmachtgluecklich.de
and it didn’t disappoint.

-200g wholemeal flour
-2tsp baking powder
-250ml oat milk
-80g apple puree or mashed banana
– 2tbsp coconut oil
Mix everything together and bake in your waffle iron.
Then eat with lots of fruit and a generous drizzle of date syrup or toppings of choice

100g chickpea flour
~150ml water
Nutritional yeast
Kala namak (black rock salt) – optional
+ seasoning of choice
Super high in fibre and protein.
I served mine with sauteed kale and peppers, as well as kidney beans, a drizzle of olive oil and some hummus

I made a CHOCOLATEY MESS
Scrumptious chocolate muffins for you to make this weekend.
Still dreaming about those.
Ingredients:
200g wholemeal flour
1 TSP baking powder
15g or 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 banana
300ml coconut milk
70-80g chocolate
2-3 tbsp agave syrup
Mix dry ingredients first.
Then blend chocolate, banana, coconut milk and syrup and add to the rest.
Stir and pour into muffin tins.
bake for ~15-20 min.
Enjoyyyyy with a chocolatey drizzle made of:
Icing sugar, cocoa powder, choc protein powder and a dash of water
