Silken tofu
Kiwi
Spirulina
Banana
Spinach
Chia seeds
Lemon juice
Maple syrup

crunchy and smoky baked chickpeas
roasted sweet potatoes
homemade hummus
miso fried courgette and tofu
cooked quinoa
miso/yoghurt mix
tomatoes
spinach and lettuce
a sprinkle of herbs and sesame seeds on top

Saturday’s baking session produce: OLIVE BREAD PIZZA ROLLS 

Fluffy and flavourful for a rainy day here in the UK.

The dough is super easy to make:

I used 3/4 plain white flour and 1/4 buckwheat flour, then added some ground flax seed, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, chili flakes, yeast, dried mixed herbs,salt and chopped green olives plus water to form a dough.

Let sit for 1h and then rolled out, added tomato puree and applewood_cheese vegan cheese  rolled up and chopped into 7 pieces.

I’ve become a massive fan of silken tofu. So today I mixed it with:

1) beetroot/orange/ginger
2)banana/turmeric/vanilla protein powder
3) kiwi/spinach/apple

Layered in a glass jar and topped up with more fruit and some quinoa pops for fun!!
