VEGAN TIRAMISU 

An Italian classic – veganized.

I have seen so many people making vegan Tiramisu (like the amazing _sarahstraub ) that I had to try it myself.

It did not disappoint.
This one is without any booze but can easily be added.

I used wholegrain french toast soaked in coffee and the mascarpone is made of cashew nuts and coconut creme blended with vanilla and agave syrup.

Topped up with cocoa powder

Like these GOOEY BISCOFF CARAMEL BITES 

only 5 ingredients!!!

Blend:

10 medium dates
dash of water
2 large tbsp derkleinerotekeks biscoff spread

Add a cup of ground oats and mix well. Fill muffin tins and add more biscoff spread on top.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Then mix 1 tbsp lotus biscoff spread with 1tsp vanilla protein powder (optional) and a bit of milk/water and stir. Add on top of your muffins. Enjoy!!!!

super fluffy and delicious pancakes for your next weekend brunch 

Made of:

~100g whole-wheat flour
~100g oat flour
1 banana
150g silken tofu
80g molten chocolate
150ml oat milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp agave or maple syrup

Adjust batter if too runny (more flour) or too firm (more milk).

Serve with toppings of choice:)

A light and refreshing summer meal for all tomato lovers.

Tomatoes meet garlic meet olive oil meet sea salt – so simple and delicious.

Simply mix flour with some yeast, salt and water and let sit for a bit.

Then roll out and add olive oil, tomatoes, garlic and sea salt.

Fold the edges over the tomatoes and bake for 40 min.

 Enjoy.

Only a handful ingredients and the perfect pre/post workout snack.

it’s made of oats, flax seed, cocoa powder, walnuts, agave syrup, quinoa pops, dash of mik aaaaaaaaand…. black beans !

I promise you can’t taste them and make the bars oh so goeeeey and even more healthy !

Only need to blend 100g of black beans with agave syrup and a bit of milk and then add oats flax seeds, walnuts, cocoa powder and quinoa pops until you’ve got a firm texture.

Sprinkle cho chips on top and bake for 15-20min!

How about a protein rich meal: brown rice noodles with chickpeas, spinach, tofu and veggies in a miso peanut butter sauce?

Rice noodles only need a couple minutes to soak in hot water and meanwhile you could chop some veggies and fry in

-sesame oil
-miso paste
-soya sauce
-peanut butter
-dash of agave syrup
-some water
-chili flakes
-freshly grated ginger
-curry powder and salt

 Sounds gooood doesn’t it?

the healthiest snack I’ve ever made hehe but SO EASY and tasty.

Simply chop a medium sized courgette and coat in a mix of chickpea flour and water (1:1 ratio), add salt, pepper, curry, turmeric and dried herbs and bake in the oven for 25 min.

Serve with a dip of choice
