What’s your favourite meal of the day?
Mine will be BREAKFAST forever and ever I believe. Mainly because it used to be my only meal whilst suffering from anorexia and it is now so important for me to fuel myself properly before starting the day.

Since my flatmates moved out I sadly had to realise non of the kitchen equipment ever belonged to me
So served my PORRIDGE in a JAR and it tasted even better than usual
spiced up my porridge with ginger, turmeric, cardamom, cloves, allspice and cinnamon.
Layered in-between fresh mango and stewed cardamom and cinnamon apples
with walnuts & pumpkin seeds & a pool of peanut butter on top.
This was seriously GOOD.

CRISPY SESAME RICE FLOUR DUMPLINGS – ATTEMPT 1
holy moly my kitchen is a MESS but it was totally worth it haha.
It was my first attempt making dumplings ever and I now understand why people say rice flour needs good handling – otherwise they start cracking
So even though the folding and filling hasn’t been perfect they taste amazing
I stole the recipe for the dough from itslizmiu
(rice flour and tapioca starch) but the filling I made is a mix of
-1/2 block firm tofu
-chopped celery sticks
-chopped red cabbage
-1/2medium chopped courgette
-1 large tbsp brown miso paste
-1/2 chopped leek
-oregano/salt/pepper

Who’s had enough of all those pumpkin puree recipes? I thought I had until I discovered my small pumpkin in the fridge and couldn’t help but turn it into something – well – AWESOME
MINI PUMPKIN/CHOCOLATE SWIRL MUFFINS
1/2 small boiled/pureed pumpkin
1 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
~150-200g soy yoghurt
1/2tsp allspice
1/2tsp turmeric
1/2tsp cardamom
1tsp cinnamon
1tbsp cocoa powder
chopped walnuts (optional)
Blend all ingredients together except the turmeric and cocoa powder.
pour half the batter into a bowl and add turmeric/ and cocoa to the other bowl.
Greese muffin tins and fill with both batters- make some swirls on top:)
Baked for 30 min (200°).
Served with a mix of soy yoghurt/vanilla/dash of water

2 ingredients & 3 coloured buckwheat plaits with all the good toppings
Soy greek yoghurt mixed with buckwheat flour to form a dough – so simple and delish
Mixed with turmeric/matcha and blueberries to make it more colorful
I love Sundays so much- slow days, taking my time to get creative and drink loadsss of coffee and go for nice walks
